Gli elementi tipici del nostro territorio sono quelle famose tracce che prescindono dall’architettura Moderna che siamo abituati a vedere, in cui si va alla ricerca di un minimalismo che, invece di mantenere i caratteri tipici della nostra zona rielaborandoli in forme più moderne, ne nega il contesto eliminandone le tracce.

Avendo precisa quindi l’idea di mantenere le tracce presenti nel nostro territorio, ci si è avvicinati ad un linguaggio caratteristico delle opere dei grandi maestri dell’Architettura in cui c’è una semplificazione formale insieme ad un quantità inaudita di elementi architettonici, ma senza scordare la provenienza e il luogo.

L’idea di progetto quindi parte dalla volontà di rileggere e mantenere gli elementi tipici del nostro territorio che possono essere la pietra a vista, l’intonaco, il portico di ingresso, il camino, la loggia.

La tipologia del fabbricato è lineare, semplice, con distribuzione razionale degli spazi interni, con utilizzo di materiali atti a minimizzare l’impatto da essi esercitato sulla salute e sul benessere abitativo degli occupanti dell’edificio, in termini di costi ambientali e sociali relativi alla loro produzione, uso e destinazione, materiali tutti certificati per la qualità e salubrità con garanzia del rispetto delle normative vigenti in materia di protezione dagli incendi, prestazioni di isolamento, qualità termica ed acustica, caratteristiche igrometriche e statiche dell’edificio.

A piano terra si sviluppano le funzioni di vita quotidiana come il portico, l’ampia zona giorno, un bagno per gli ospiti, la lavanderia ed un garage con il vano tecnico dedicato agli impianti. A piano primo troviamo ancora una funzione legata alla zona giorno e collegata con un ampio soppalco che libera lo spazio e per un tratto lo raddoppia. Infine il piano primo si completa con la zona notte, costituita da una camera matrimoniale dotata di tutti i confort di una vera e propria “suite”, dal bagno personale ad una vasca inserita nel centro stanza, fino ad una sauna/bagno turco.

A completare il tutto possiamo trovare altre due camere ed un bagno con un disimpegno dotato di armadiatura.

Tutti gli ambienti sono caratterizzati da una “riduzione essenziale” , uno stile volutamente razionale, valorizzato dalla qualità dell’insieme e dal carattere forte dei materiali che compongono lo spazio.

Il carattere costruttivo di questo progetto è caratterizzato da una fondazione a platea opportunamente isolata dal terreno, una muratura perimetrale a cassero, composta da doppia lastra in eps con all’interno un getto in cls e rivestimento in pietra a faccia vista dove previsto, solaio in “predalles”, divisori interni in doppia lastra di cartongesso, serramenti in alluminio/legno con triplo vetro basso emissivo, scuri in frangisole di alluminio, scossaline in alluminio preverniciato e copertura piana con solaio in legno “sbiancato”, pacchetto isolante e ultimo strato in sassi bianchi.

Progettato per una committenza molto sensibile ai temi ambientali e della sostenibilità questo progetto rifiuta totalmente l’uso di materiali combustibili fossili.

La dotazione impiantistica è composta da impianto di riscaldamento a pavimento con pompa di calore alimentata attraverso pannelli solari integrati montati sulla copertura piana e orientati a sud per una potenza di 10 Kw e pannelli solari termici per la produzione di acqua calda sanitaria.

Il sistema di raffrescamento avviene attraverso macchine e canalizzazioni a soffitto opportunamente inserite nei vani tecnici e quindi a scomparsa.

Il fabbricato è dotato di impianto di ventilazione meccanica forzata per dare una qualità all’aria interna dei locali sempre ottimale.

The typical elements of our territory are those famous traces that overlook the Modern Architecture we are used to observe, where there is a costant search of a minimal art, and instead of preserving the typical features of our land giving them a new modern shape, their context is denied and traces are erased.

So, with the clear idea of preserving the traces already located on the territory, the right approach was to embrace the distinctive language of the works of the great masters of Architecture, where we can find a formal simplification united to an extreme amount of architectural elements, but never forgetting the origin and the place.

Therefore the basic idea starts from the will to reread and preserve the typical features of our territory, as the exposed stone, the plaster, the entrance portico, the chimney, the loggia.

The type of the building is linear, simple, with smart distribution of the inner spaces, with use of materials bringing minimal impact to the health and housing wellness of the inhabitants, regarding environmental and social costs derived by their production, use and assignment, all materials with validation of quality and healthiness and with warranty of full respect of the actual laws about safeguard from fire, isolation performances, thermal and acoustic quality, hygrometric and static characteristics of the building.

On the groundfloor the daily life takes place between the portico, the wide living area, the guests bathroom, the laundry and a garage with a doorway for the installations. At the first floor we can find another function related to the living area, linked with a wide mezzanine that frees the space and doubles it in a part. And then the first floor is completed by the sleeping area, composed by the matrimonial bedroom that presents all the comforts of a real “suite”, by a private bathroom with a tub inserted at the centre of the room, and by a sauna/turkish bath. At last, we can find two more bedrooms and a bathroom with a hallway including a closet.

All the locations are characterized by an “essential reduction”, an intentional rational style, enhanced by the quality of the totality and by the strong features brought by the materials composing every space.

The architectural spirit of this project is shown by a foundation pit well isolated from the ground, a perimetral shuttering wall composed by a double eps sheet, with throw of cls inside and a cover of facing bricks where necessary, an attic in “predalles”, inner partitions made with a double sheet of plasterboard, doors and windows in aluminium/wood with triple glass with low emission, shutters in aluminium sunscreen, prepainted aluminium flashings and flat covering with attic in “bleached” wood, isolating set-up, and last layer made by white stones.

Designed for a customer very sensitive to environmental themes and sustainability, this work totally denies all the fossil fuels.

The equipment of the plant design is composed by a underfloor heating system with heat pump powered by integrated solar panels placed on the flat cover southward, for a power of 10 Kw, and thermal solar panels for the production of bathroom warm water.

The cooling system comes through equipments and canalizations on the ceiling, all inserted in invisible technical spaces.

The building is equipped with a forced mechanical ventilation system, just for having an optimal air quality inside all the rooms.
